The official statement of the ATB Corporation on false information provided by the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Liashko

On April 10, at a press briefing Deputy Minister of Health, Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Viktor Liashko announced that the ATB-Market company, by its internal order, canceled the ban on allowing people to enter ATB stores in personal protective equipment:

The ATB Corporation officially declares that the information voiced by Mr. Liashko is untrue and has no factual basis. The above provisions are unverified and biased information, deliberately misleading customers and partners of the company and the general public. 

We note that ATB Corporation acts exclusively within the framework of the current legislation, conscientiously fulfilling all the norms and regulations governing the company's actions in the context of an epidemiological situation with the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19. Since the beginning of the pandemic, ATB Corporation has adopted and continues to implement unprecedented measures to create a safe environment for visiting ATB stores.        

According to the ATB Corporation, the disclosed information may be of a custom-made nature, the purpose of which is to harm the company's business reputation. The company also appeals to media representatives and others to refrain from disseminating this inaccurate information and contact the company's press service for comments.

ATB Corporation is still awaiting official explanations from the relevant persons and reserves the right to use all available and legal methods to protect honor, dignity and business reputation.
