KVITEN’ CONFECTIONERY

Kviten' Confectionery is a leading multifunctional enterprise of food industry in Ukraine. The company has been successfully operating in Ukrainian confectionery market since 2001. It specializes in the production of flour, biscuit and cream confectionery products in both weight and packed format. The factory produces 27 tons of various confectionery products every day.

Since 2010, Kviten' Confectionery has also been actively growing food packaging business using own multifunctional food packing facilities. More than 100 types of foods for a total weight of 350t are packed daily.

Kviten' Confectionery LLC produces its products under trademarks Kviten’ TM, Bravissimo TM, Smachno TM, Solodka mriya TM and ATB-Market Company PLB Svoya Liniya TM, Rozumny Vybir TM.

ATB-Market PL-Branded products manufactured by Kviten' Confectionery include biscuit and cream products with a long date of expiry, sherbet, muffins and wafer products, nut brittles, honey-nut bars, and marshmallow.

Tight control of product quality and safety has been put in place at the Kviten' Confectionery to meet DSTU ISO 22000:2007. Every day in-house laboratory conducts an inspection of more than 30 incoming raw materials types and up to 10 packaging material items and carries out monitoring of more than 30 confectionery product lines at all stages of product manufacturing.

The total production area of Kviten' Confectionery is around 31 thousand sq.m. The enterprise consists of 1,800 employees.

Kviten' Confectionery owns the largest advanced multifunctional food manufacturing and packaging facilities in Ukraine. 

The company operates three workshops:

  • workshop #1 – manufacturing of biscuit and cream, puff pastry and yeast dough, sweet dough, sugar and marshmallow products
  • workshop #2 – manufacturing of wafer products and nut brittle
  • workshop #3 – packaging (sugar, cereals, pastas, spices, nuts, tea, snacks)

KVITEN’ CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTION

Currently, Kviten' Confectionery manufactures a wide variety of confectionery products of three main lines:

  • Biscuit and cream. It includes cakes, pastries, rolls, muffins, croissants, for a total of more than 50 product lines. New specialties in this segment are Tiramisu, Cheesecake and Sacher mini cakes manufactured under Bravissimo private label brand.
  • Cookies and waffles. More than 20 product lines are made by buttery biscuits and stuffing cookies, oatmeal cookies, chocolate waffle bars and waffels.
  • Eastern sweets. They include honey-nut bars, sherbet, candied fruit jelly, and marshmallow, for a total of more than 10 product lines. New specialties in this group are nut brittle sweets under Kviten private label brand.

KVITEN' CONFECTIONERY PACKAGING DEPARTMENT

Packaging department has a capacity of 400 tons/day of packed products. Currently, the confectionery packs more than 100 lines of powdery products of the following groups:

  • Cereals (more than 30 lines)
  • Spices (more than 30 lines)
  • Tea (more than 20 lines)
  • Pastas (more than 13 lines)
  • Snacks (more than 7 lines)

The total area of production workshop is over 20,000 sq.m.
