On March 27-28, ATB Corporation completed the process of reforming the management structure of the group of enterprises that are part of it. Work on the changes has been ongoing for the past 1.5 years and was enshrined in the updated Charters of the group's enterprises.

The main goal of the reform is the final decentralization of company management decentralization of company management  

Such changes are aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational management and ensuring transparent control over it.

The Board of Directors  of all enterprises of the corporation includes:

∙ Markov Borys Mykhailovych;

∙ Tokar Oleksandr Vasyliovych;

∙ Yevteiev Dmytro Olegovych.

The role of ATB Corporation in the new structure is also changing – it is moving into the format of a coordination and consulting function. In this regard, the position of General Director was abolished, and instead the position of Executive Director was introduced, reporting to the Board of Directors.

Igor Olexandrovych Yatsuta, who previously held the position of First Deputy General Director of the corporation, has been appointed to the position of Executive Director of ATB Corporation.

The introduced changes are an important stage in the development of ATB Corporation are aimed at increasing management flexibility, speed of decision-making and strengthening the effectiveness of control over the activities of the group's enterprises.
