ATB-Market continues to confidently reach the pre-crisis level and show high development dynamics. In difficult economic conditions, the company fulfilled the tasks set for 2017, demonstrating growth in all areas of activity.
First of all, this is the expansion of the logistics infrastructure of the trading network. Deal No. 1 of the past year industry experts have already called the acquisition by the ATB group of companies of the Kopylov Logistics Park warehouse complex in Kyiv region. Although in order to bring it into line with the standards of the company, significant investments will be needed. The second most important is the purchase of an object in Lviv, which the company plans to reconstruct and bring to category "A" standards. The volume of investments in this object will be up to 200 million UAH.
In 2017, ATB Corporation actively promoted new regions of Western and Southern Ukraine. In 2017, the trade network was replenished with 78 new discounters, 46 of which were opened in Western Ukraine. Thus, at the beginning of January of this year, the ATB retail chain has 917 stores in 237 locations in 22 regions of Ukraine. An important feature of the company's activity was also the active introduction of a new store concept. Until 2019, the trading network will consist of more than 1 thousand retail properties.
The leadership position of ATB Corporation in the trade industry of Ukraine is due to the positive dynamics in a number of other key indicators, such as turnover, paid taxes and fees, number of jobs created.
Last year, the turnover of the trading network "ATB" was 80.2 billion UAH. (VAT), which is 37% more than in 2016. To demonstrate the growth rate of turnover: in 2016 compared to 2015, it was 25%.
In 2017, the total amount of taxes and fees paid by the ATB group of companies was over UAH 6.3 billion, which is 15% more than in 2016.
Last year, ATB Corporation took top positions in the rating of companies creating the largest number of work places. The result of the Corporation in 2017 is more than 7 thousand new work places.
